02.01.2022 Get your weekly dose of Yin with our Tuesday evening 90min Yin Yoga class with Gyani. Yin helps the body to rest, restore and rejuvenate as you hold poses for 3...-5 minutes to fully relax and reset your body and mind for the week ahead. Tuesday’s 6.30pm-8pm Casual $18 or $16 concession ~ can just turn up for class no need to book. Please arrive 5-10mins before. Suitable for all levels.
