24.01.2022 This is why we do it!

23.01.2022 Pram Power classes in the park have officially closed but we want to help our mums keep exercising and connect with each other. So today we trialled our first Pram Power workout from our lounge rooms. It was so great to have mums & bubs show up to join me (and share lovely feedback after the session)... @Sarah I cannot tell you how good that was for my mental and physical health. I’ve been so overwhelmed being locked in for 11 days. We’ve gone for walks outside etc but no ...real exercise for me. That was great! Thank you for organising. Happy to do a testimonial for this if you want to get the word out All Pram Power mums welcome and if you’re not a Pram Power Mum and want to join us, just email me [email protected] Closing classes has been stressful and I felt much happier after our workout ladies. Thank you!

21.01.2022 You know you have a boy when... there’s a book stashed behind the toilet. Saying don’t take a book to the toilet isn’t going to work anymore!

19.01.2022 A big shout out to all our Pram Power Mums for their commitment to joining our At Home sessions each week. We may not be in the park but we are still connecting, getting strong, and feeling good (in these crazy times). Thanks so much for all the positive feedback and support - Tara, Kate, and I love seeing your smiling faces (and bubs too!) Our classes are for all mums, wherever you are. 14.01.2022 We’re supporting the Gidget Foundation by enjoying coffee & cakes! The first of our ‘bun in the oven’ fundraiser morning teas @ Pram Power Northern Beaches. All funds raised helps the Gidget Foundation support the emotional well-being of expectant and new mums & dads. Extra help needed this year too.... Thanks ladies for your support, donations and having cakes for the @gidgetfoundation!

06.01.2022 How parents can support young children through the four stages of brain development. Really interesting and worth a listen. Who would have thought that a 2nd born male's brain isn't fully developed until 32yrs old! In year one, the baby just needs to feel safe.... In lots of ways in the first year of life, the parents’ job is to make that child feel secure. Your job in the first year of life is to treat the baby like they are the centre of the universe you are their slave!
