25.01.2022 Something for you to try at home, a bit of fun. Let us know how it goes! https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10156956043642693&id=605497692

23.01.2022 Happy anniversary to me. 16 years ago I found my place in the world. So many wonderful ladies (& quite a few great fella’s too!). So many beautiful babies. Still going strong .

22.01.2022 Hi all, I had started to wonder whether this day would come. The day that I can invite you all to book a session in Central Park. It's here! The announcement came today:... Outdoor physical recreation and personal training: A household or up to 10 people in any group (trainer is additional to group). So, from Wednesday 28th October, sessions with up to 10 participants will be able to join me outside for a session. The timetable has been updated and you may make bookings. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions. I sincerely look forward to seeing you all and wish to thank you for your patience and understanding. Martine Key Points: Bookings for up to 10 are open from Wednesday Oct 28th. Early Riser and Saturday morning sessions will be relocated to Malvern Primary as usual. Prams sessions on Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri on wet weather days will be relocated to the Scout Hall at 51a Ivanhoe Gve and participants will be asked to join via Zoom if possible. Due to the ability to open both doors and the space in the hall, I will be able to safely accommodate 4 participants at a time inside. I will continue to supply clean gloves, sanitizer and disinfectant. All participants MUST bring a bath sized towel to each session.

13.01.2022 Did you know that beautiful Monique who worked with so many of you running my Prams sessions has had another baby! Her gorgeous son Max was born 3 weeks ago and look what she's doing already! Congratulations Monique. xxxx

07.01.2022 If you have a minute and feel so inclined......................... much appreciated. Martine McKee

07.01.2022 Hi Guys Thanks all for your quick and very clear responses to my last email. I'll do my very best to accommodate you all as we transition back to a new kind of normal, whatever that is! Whichever your preference, please note that you will still be able to "Zoom In" to any session. I will take my laptop to the park with me.... I will have to structure the sessions with more defined start and finish times again, to allow me to move between home and the park. Please note that wet weather sessions that would usually move to the Scout Hall will be conducted via Zoom until restrictions around gathering inside are lifted. * Unlimited Memberships: Please let me know when to restart you. ** I will need to recover some of my equipment in time for next week please. Thanks for reading, and again, for staying with me. I'm more grateful than you can know. Martine In case you're interested, I've listed the key messages I received here: - You unanimously want Saturday's back in the park. - A couple of you are ready to come back to ER. - The rest of the ER's have settled into a later start time and training at home and don't want to come back until next summer! - Those with pre-school aged children would like to return to the park. - Those with primary aged kids can't get them to do any school work after midday and so will need to continue via Zoom until the kids are back at school (with the exception of those that have given up (me) trying to teach them. - Central Park is crazy busy so are we sure we can keep our distance properly? (I feel confident that we can but ultimately it's an individual choice/responsibility). - It's bloody cold at night. - We've all been drinking too much.
