Derived from the Sanskrit term Shiro (which means head) and Dhara (which means flow), it is an amazing and relaxing body therapy from the ancient natural medical system of Ayurveda which is renowned for soothing and healing an agitated nervous system. Shirodhara is known to relieve symptoms of anxiety, stress, fatigue and hypertension.

It took me roughly twenty-five ingredients and three hours to create this flavour-packed, pungent yet tangy with a hint of sweetness... vegetable pickle made of the ivy gourd. Well worth it!
