07.01.2022 PLATTERS Everyone loves a platter, am I right? And at this time of year, with so many Christmas parties and gatherings happening, platters are very commonly encountered. The one teeny problem with platters though is that it is so easy to overeat, and before we know it, we are absolutely stuffed full of cheese and processed meat. A solution? To grab a plate and fill it up with food, and eat from that instead of picking away at the shared platter. That will allow you to be more in tune with your hunger and fullness cues, and also gives you an idea of how much you’ve eaten Enjoy!
