17.01.2022 Are you one to set New Year’s Resolutions? Why not rephrase those resolutions to intentions. Rather than setting the resolution to lose weight, set your intention to eat more healthy. If you have a day or week where it all goes a little pear shaped, don’t give up completely. The next day, ‘just start over’. It’s a new day, no one is perfect.... An intention allows you to focus on this goal more mindfully.

02.01.2022 HERE’S YOUR DAILY REMINDER TO TAKE A BREATH This breathing exercise is one of my all-time favourites. So simple and so effective. I find that it’s really hel...pful for patients that are prone to stress or anxiety. When your out breath is longer than your in-breath, you reduce the activation of your stress state and encourage your body to move into a thrive state. You can do a few rounds of this breath, or even extend it to 5 minutes in total. Listen to your body and see what works for you.
