08.01.2022 I know everyone’s hanging out for this one so I’ll cut to the chase. Victoria will move to the Last Step from 11.59pm tonight. That’ll mean more people can get ...together 15 visitors to your home and 50 outdoors in a public place. Numbers at gyms will increase to 150 with group limits of 20 and venue density limits. Hospitality also increases to 150 inside for larger venues and 50 for smaller ones with density limits based on their size. Up to 150 people can attend weddings and funerals. And the number caps will be increased for other venues community centres, galleries, museums and more. I'll put all the details in the comments. There will be a staged return to offices for staff who've spent the past six+ months in Zoom meetings too with up to 25 per cent able to come back onsite at any one time. Everyone else will need to keep working from home. We’re also changing the rules around masks. They’ll still be mandatory indoors and on PT but you won’t need one outside, so long as you’re able to keep a safe distance from others. To put it into context, that means wearing a mask if you’re at a busy outdoor market or event but not if you’re out walking the dog. You'll need to carry a mask at all times for when it's required. I’m sure some people think everything should be thrown open completely now that we’ve gone three weeks without a case. But that’s precisely the point. We’ve only got to zero cases because of masks and distancing and everyone playing their part. Keeping these protections around a bit longer means that if we were to get a case, the risk of it spreading faster and wider will be much lower. And most Victorians would agree it’s a relatively small imposition for a potentially huge benefit. Just finally, to everyone looking ahead to Christmas and planning how many seats at the lunch table you'll be able to have 30 visitors at home, including kids. We'll have more to say on other settings soon, based on the latest public health advice. This has been a year like no other and one most of us would probably rather forget. Victorians have sacrificed so much and done it so tough. But even in the darkest of winter days, we stuck together and supported each other. And for that I am so grateful and so very proud.

We use ...the Meditation on Twin Hearts because that meditation taught to us by Master Choa Kok Sui, brings us lots of energy. Not just energy in general, it connects us to the energy of love and gratitude and as that energy flows through us; it's just a matter of each of the ways we aim that hose, if you will, to different parts of our life. For physical healing, emotional healing, relationship healing, prosperity healing, healing mother earth, neutralizing negative karma, increasing good karma and so on. So if we do it systematically we have what I call Sustained Spiritual Development. Because a lot of people say I meditate, I pray, I go to church, temple, synagogue, mosque but not very many people can sustain that for a long time. So we hope that at least at the minimum you meditate with us every single day for the next 31 days and you do it that way it becomes a habit. You see, talent is one thing. Everyone is born with a specific talent but habit you can create!! So we believe in creating good habits. We believe in creating good spiritual habits. We take that focus and energy to make money, to improve our relationships, to sharpen our mind. We can also use that focus and will to create a stronger spiritual connection and as we keep doing it over and over again we create the habits for Sustained Spiritual Practice. If you are looking for someone ...who has always been on quest for enlightenment or dabbling in alternative healing, then Im the wrong man. My only exposure was to the Catholic Church and to fortune tellers my mother often took me to. I grew up to become an engineer and a Baptist. And for me, anything that didnt come from the Church came from the other side. When I was 13 years old my mom dragged me again to a fortune teller who kept pointing to some triangles and other lines on my hands and kept saying to her, Do you see this, and do you see that? All I wanted was to do is to go home. But then something happened that has remained in my memory to this day, she said 'When this boy is 24 years old, something more precious than gold will fall in his hands. And it was when I was 24 and my wife broke her hip that I found Pranic Healing. The doctor told me that my wife had a compound fracture and it would be 3 to 4 months before she would walk again. At that time, I took a visualization class called Silva Method and there someone told me about Pranic Healing. I said, 'Okay, Im skeptical but I will try it if it heals my wife.'
