17.01.2022 We often get asked about karma, we simply say it’s like cause and effect. When you're nice to people when you're charitable with money and you share what you kn...ow you will eventually be reciprocated of all the good deeds you have done. When you plant a grain of rice how much do you harvest? When you plant a mango seed how many mangos do you harvest? so when you plant good seeds you harvest good fruits and many more times than the single seed planted. So plant good seeds, seeds of kindness be charitable especially with money. It’s in giving that you receive. Some people say, 'but why do I have negative karma and how can I reduce or get rid of it' Our teacher said If you want to pay off your negative karma fast, do service and tithing Master Choa Kok Sui What is service? Service simply means helping others in need, it might be helping older people with chores around the home, it might mean doing healings on people who are ill or providing support to others, it's volunteering your time to help others in need. Tithing? is the act of giving or being charitable especially with money, it's a very good practise to do regularly, by giving money to those in need and less fortunate than yourself you will both pay of negative karma and also generate good karma.

Life just gets better. Spending some time at the end of each day reflecting on the things you have done the good and the not so good, erasing the not so good and then imagining yourself practising right speech, right thoughts and right action, this is one way to assist you in character building. The practise of Arhatic Yoga is one of the fastest ways to allow the soul to evolve and improve your life.
