16.01.2022 It was a plesant evening we had with our big island family. Thank you Lions Club, Island Time band and our island family for your support and resources. It means a lot to us! And big thank you to the friends and well wishers who come and help bring prasadam to the community every week!.... And Prasadam team wish you a bug free break while we take a rest. Namaste! 13.01.2022 WE are Back!!!!!!!! And so are our loyal friends. Meat free Monday is back serving delicious, healthy, guilt free vegetarian meals on each Mondays starting from 4.30pm -ish. We've served 92 plates of meals prepared, cooked served out by the wonderful volunteers of Meat Free Mondays. Special thanks goes to the our musician friends who showed up in numbers to paint fitting melodic tunes to the beautiful Bay Island's sunset... ... On the plate: delicious Pasta Primavera, Garden Green salad with Edible Flowers, Herby - Foccaia Bread, Sumptuous Tiramisu and a quanching Mint Lime Tonic Drink...yes you guessed it well Italian it is..... and Next Monday come again hungry......

Cream of roast pumpkin and carrot soup Baked Eggplant Parmagiana in rich tomato and basil sauce topped with melted cheese Pasta with garden basil pesto, extra virgin oil and parmesan cheese Garden rocket, tomato, yelllow beans and basil with balsamic vinegarette Baked cheese cake with chocolate biscuit base and topped with chocolate whipped cream Lemon drink "Eat to your heart's content, give as your heart feels." 01.01.2022 Hope you are keeping well and warm. Any thing exciting happened in the island while we were away? We arrived safely on Friday and freezing our butts off at night since we came home (specially Yasoda lol!).The holiday relatively went well and was great to catch up with the family, experienced different culture, ate lots of food and hanging out with young generation of family. We thought that we should leave Prasadam MFM till it warms up again as it would be uncomfortably cold ...to have it on.We can take more rest until further notice. So pull up your socks, relax, keep warm in front of your heater and snuggle up! Hope to bump in to you all sometime soon. Take care for now and we are always thankful for all your support.
