13.01.2022 Shout out to Dave He’s been through some trials and tribulations but with perseverance and consistency is seeing real results. It’s a privilege to work with clients like Dave that put in the work, hold themselves accountable and seek out family and friends for accountability and support . Dave’s back playing golf, lost weight, stopped taking pain medication and generally happier and ready to kick arse in life. Hail Dave, Mr nice guy. 04.01.2022 Website coming along, should be live in a couple of weeks I just wanted to thank the lovely Courtney and big man Josh for helping out, it was a fun day. And a big acknowledgment to Sahan (@elegancecanberra). The photographer was a lovely man, very professional and talented that made the experience really enjoyable. Sahan has had a tough time when COVID hit and it impacted his photography business negatively. I really wanted to thank him and give him a shout out and hope everyone gives him some love and support another local business

04.01.2022 Announcement Firstly, I would like to thank everybody for their kindness and support through a tough year. I hope next year is a better year for all of us. I would just like to make an announcement that I will now be working from a private boutique clinic in O’Connor. I will also be furthering my studies and knowledge to better myself as a therapist. We are seeing in this time more than ever the importance of treating the whole body, especially through diet, lifestyle and ev...eryday stress’s. There will also be 2 therapists working from the clinic that will each bring their own specialised treatments. At times we also work in conjunction to give the client the best possible outcome. A clinic website is also being developed which will give you a lot more depth and information about us and what we offer. (I will announce shortly when up and running) I am also changing my Praxis Logo to be inclusive of both my male and female clients and on the website it will be known as Praxis Health and Wellness. I will be liasing with other allied Health professionals and eventually we should have a new member to our team to assist as a health coach. We look forward to your patronage in the future.
