20.01.2022 Well, it is becoming obvious that with all the Covid BS going on it is simply too risky to undertake a development on the other side of the country. I am therefore putting this unique block of land on the market for someone else to create their dream. Links to the listings on realestate .com etc will follow....

17.01.2022 If anyone knows of anyone interested in a JV to develop this land, please let me know. I am simply too far away with too many family responsibilities to do anything with it at the moment. To try to develop it remotely would be leaving myself open to getting raped by the the locals.

02.01.2022 Due to the life changing arrival of my beautiful son Liam, I find that I cannot redevelop the land I purchased in Far North Queensland just prior to his arrival. I am now 65 years young, by the way and already have a grown family. I have held on to the land for another 4 years since his birth, in the hope that I can somehow realise my dream of building a spectacular home overlooking the pristine environment of Bowling Green Bay National Park. But now it is time for me to get out of the way and allow someone else to enjoy the lifestyle I had imagined for myself there.
