At this early stage the development application involves a preliminary approval to secure a suitable school site and to implement a conceptual master plan for the possible future establishment of new Catholic School. The ultimate development of the school and the timing of construction is dependent on the confirmation of suitable demand in the locality and the realisation of planned growth in the local residential population.
