22.01.2022 TERMS AND CONDITIONS My Precious Gems Here are the terms and conditions on all sales POSTAGE... Tracked post up to 500grams with packaging is $12 within Australia It goes up from there depending on weight International parcels start from $27 for 500gm tracked packaging. All packages will be registered. AusPost provides up to $100 compensation for missing or damaged articles however for peace of mind Extra parcel insurance can be arranged at your request. For an additional $10 AusPost will provide you insurance for up to $500. Payment is expected within 7 days from invoice date unless arrangement has been made. LAYBY I offer lay-by over $100 and up to the value of $500. You will be required to pay 25% then you have strictly 6 weeks to pay. You must pay every week or by arrangement. You are welcome to add to your lay-by however the full amount must be paid from the first purchase. If you do not pay in time your deposit will not be refunded and there will be a $100 admin fee. It is your responsibility to pay the instalments. Please let me know via screenshot when you have made any payments. DAMAGED GOODS POLICY I spend a lot of time carefully wrapping your parcels. If there are any damages when you open your parcels please let me know. Refunds will be given if the damaged goods are returned to me.
