Core duties for this role include: Managing a caseload of jobseekers Working with jobseekers to overcome barriers to employment and ensure the candidate is job ready Network with local businesses to create employment opportunities Work to job placement targets and KPI's Skills and Experience: Experience within sales, training or recruitment with ability to approach employers to reverse market job seekers Proven experience working to targets and KPI's Strong administration skills and ability to work to compliance regulations Ability to business develop and network with clients, employers and community groups Capability to think outside the box and create effective employment solutions Excellent communication skills across both verbal and written platforms Please note, employment with company is dependent on the following essential criteria being satisfied: eligibility to work in Australia; current driver's license; access to a comprehensively insured vehicle; national police clearance and working with children check.
