This video was intended to be an instructional one however has been overlaid with music as the background noises were far too comical: ducks, dogs, construction...you name it lol. Booty band: black & above knees to start Total time: 10mins... 6x glute bridges, hold on the last one for 6 pulses of the legs in & out 6x glute bridges with knee up & leg extension 6x crunches with ankle taps 6x double leg lowers with 3 beats up/down (feet together into small V for hip rotation) 6x double lowers to each side of the body 6x crab walks across your mat back & forth (band above ankles) 10x squats with band above ankles 10x squats with band above knees 10x lunges on either side of body

03.01.2022 A reminder for the New Year: Strength night - consistency is key and more important than intensity. Build the load up slowly so that it's sustainable and you avoid overdoing it.
