23.01.2022 To say we are devastated by the current destruction and devastation to our land, wildlife and people is an understatement. In an attempt to be helpful in a time of feeling completely helpless here are some charities, organisations and fundraisers assisting those on the front line and those that are in need. Our thoughts are with all those impacted and a huge amount of love and thanks for all our Firies, emergency services, ordinary people and groups going above and beyond, saving land and lives. Unable to choose just one we chose a couple. Links in the comments. Choose one, choose many, but give when and where you can. We didnt have much. But we dont have nothing. Remember even a single $ counts

05.01.2022 Due to the fast changing environment were currently experiencing with the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the extremely difficult decision to cease operation in our current form. It is extremely heartbreaking and devastating to a small business like us, that relies so much on its community love and support, but also extremely important to us that we act in a socially responsible manner. We believe this is the right decision for us to make in order to limit contact and sprea...d and give our health care system every opportunity to manage their resources. However, we are committed to being there for our clients, many of whom are health care workers themselves and teachers, when and/or if there is a desperate need or an emergency so please contact us if you require assistance with your fur family during this time if they are home alone. Whether it be a feed, check in visit, toilet break or walk, we will be following extra hygiene precautions in these cases. Social distancing in all situations. The car will be thoroughly cleaned down with disinfectant at the end of the service. We will be using hand sanitiser before entering and after leaving each service (no changes here as we have to do this regardless due to handling animals). If we can do anything to help during this time please dont hesitate to ask and we can try to work something out. But we recommend no contact at this time, so if there is someone home that can assist you with your pets wellbeing at this time we ask you to utilise them. There currently appears to be no risk of contracting COVID-19 from animal companions so continue to give your pets lots of love. However, its wise to practice increased hygiene during this time and ensure you wash your hands before and after touching them. There is some risk that if you are infected, it may be present on your pets fur or skin and could be picked up by another person. So you need to make sure anyone who comes into contact with your pet practices good hygiene. We will endeavour to update you with any changes. Stay safe, support each other and we look forward to seeing you all on the other side of this. Big love to all from Nikki & Tom

02.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE: following advice from Business Victoria. We will be operating at a reduced and extremely limited capacity during the stage 4 restrictions. We will be ceasing all visits and walks deemed non essential effective immediately. We remain committed to being there for our clients that do not have the capacity and require pet care assistance during this time. Many of whom are frontline and essential workers, when and/or if there is a need or an emergency. Whether it be a feed, check in visit, toilet break, or walk. As usual we will be following already implemented strict hygiene precautions and social distancing in all cases. Stay home, stay safe, stop the spread and support each other. Big love to you from Nikki & Tom
