20.01.2022 To all of our valued Customers As Corona-virus rapidly spreads around the world and within Australia there are a lot of unanswered questions and a huge amount of uncertainty around how this is going to affect us in Karratha. We are today putting our continuity plan into action and are asking for your assistance in following these steps to ensure we can remain open and continue to support yourselves as well as us and our staff in this situation. As of today we are asking that... dealings with human contact is minimised face to face and we are now requiring that you contact our office staff on 9183 8013 to organise an inspection time for your vehicle. At this point in time we will explain the process moving forward. We are still here to provide you with quotations but it is crucial that you make an appointment and that we gather most of the information before you are arriving to our site. During this process we will obtain all the necessary information and insurance details that way there will be no requirements to enter our offices. As we have been receiving and handing back your vehicles booked in for repair over the past couple of weeks we have been sanitising the necessary contact points and components including the keys, steering wheel and anything to do with repairs carried out within the vehicle. This will continue throughout our daily operations moving forward in line with industry response to this event. Our commitment here is to ensure that all of our staff members are kept healthy and isolated so we can continue to do our day to day work and continue to provide an essential service to our customers. We are following all guidelines issued by the government and are constantly monitoring them. I’m not sure if you remember the accident outside of Port Hedland were 2 beautiful children from Tom Price were orphaned after the vehicle they were travelling in collided with a semi trailer killing there parents. We hope everyone in his path has come out the other side safe with there loved ones. We have already had an overwhelming amount of people reach out to us in regards to when we will be open to start getting all of your damages sorted and we are extremely saddened that he has managed to make so much mess of everybody’s vehicles (including ours ) We will be open fr...om 8am tomorrow to start sorting out all of your glass and damage claims to get you and your vehicles back on the road faster! 04.01.2022 2020 - What a year it was for all! I know we havent posted much on our socials this year but for us it was our craziest year yet! We started the year off strong and then we had a very distructive cyclone hit our region in February, this basically stopped us in our tracks. Then the dreaded C word hit the world and none of us really knew how this was going to affect us regionally. We have all been trying to play catch up since! Lloyd and I have so much gratitude and appreciatio...n for every single one of our staff members. These guys come here day in day out with smiles on there faces tackling all the hurdles ahead to ensure you are all back on the road faster and safer then ever! We honestly have no idea where we would be without them all this year and we very much appreciate every single one of them individually. We took off last weekend for a couple of nights out on the islands for our 2020 Work Christmas Party where we all shared lots of laughter, sun, salty water, alcoholic beverages, yummy food and family & quality time together. We are now steaming towards the 18th of December where we will close for the Christmas break for some much needed rejuvenation.
