19.01.2022 New structural openings - 5 leaf cedar bifold and pivot front entry door. Measure cut and prepare new opening with new structural beams - Install 5 leaf and 3 leaf cedar bifold, clear glass, stainless top hung bifold system with all mouldings. This job involved removing existing old aluminium sliding doors on the deck - we widened the existing 2400mm door opening to 4100mm (4.1 metres) and installed cedar bifold doors with a Brio Screen.... Also prepared smaller opening in the kitchen for smaller 3 door bifold. A new cedar front entry pivot door was installed, This included the preparation of the opening. Note that the bifold doors were painted by the client. Project costs - Structural work complete with fully installed doors and architraves/ mouldings (no painting or staining) = $14,500.00 (inc GST) to $15,500.00 (inc GST) Engineering certificate may be required at our builders discression = $880.00 approx. Brio retractable insect screen = $1,850.00 (inc GST) 5 leaf door and $1,450.00 for the 3 leaf door. The screen is optional and can be fitted at a later date.
