14.01.2022 Friendly reminder that our community Tai Chi/Qi Gong Classes will commence this Sunday morning at 8:30am. Please wear comfortable clothing to compensate the weather along with closed in shoes and a water bottle. Training will go for 45mins to 1 hour. Feel free to spread the word. This is a weekly class weather permitting, and will certainly walk away with plenty of training material to practice at your own leisure. Look forward to meeting you all.. Regards Sifu Jody Blatch

01.01.2022 Thank you to everyone that turned up this morning for our first community Tai Chi & Qi Gong training session. Was great to have you all there and I know it was a little cool. Love being out in the open and sharing what I have to offer to those wanting to learn. Look forward to next week's training, until then, wish everyone a great week ahead.
