So if you know you can no longer make your appointment please be courteous and give notice and cancel so I can give the space to someone on a waiting list. 18.01.2022 Dear my valued clients, It is with a heavy heart that i have to say this but unfortunately I have been forced to close Precision Brows & Beauty from midnight tonight (25th of March) as a result of the governments decision to contain the Coronavirus (Covid-19) spread. While I understand the need for this it is still heartbreaking for me and I want to thank you all so much for your support. I am overwhelmed with the messages and love i have received in the last 24 hours. It is... comforting to know you will all be there for me when i reopen again. I am truely so lucky to have you all at such a hard and difficult time in my life. As soon as I am able to reopen for business I will be sure to let you all know. 15.01.2022 ATTENTION CLIENTS! Due to the volume of texts I have been receiving my phone seems to be lagging and Im not getting all messages straight away which is super frustrating! If you have sent me a text and have not gotten a reply please comment on this post and I will get in contact with you ASAP! I promise Im not ignoring you

13.01.2022 Dear valued clients, Amazing news today!!! All beauty salons are aloud to reopen from next Friday the 15th of May. I will be handling all bookings and enquires from Monday the 11th. I will only be accepting regulars for the first few weeks to get them a secure spot as they are the clients who keep my business alive and have first priority. Once I have all my regulars an appointment I will then take on any old clients or new clients so please be patient and understand there... is only one of me to treat you all. Please do not message me before the 11th of May. I will also have to allow an extra 5-10 minutes between appointments to thoroughly clean the salon and follow the strict COVIDSafe rules and regulations. So please be mindful of this when arriving to your appointments. If you are early you may have to wait and if you are late it will chip into your appointment time so being punctual is key. I also have to follow the COVIDSafe plan and the new register of clients to keep track who is coming in and out of the salon so please be patient and mindful of this. On Monday the 11th of May please text me on 0421 254 157 your full name, contact number and preferred service with a day and time and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note I will only be taking the one booking so I can get all of you in and when you are here next you are welcome to rebook your following appts from there to give everyone a fair go and a chance at getting a space. Please only text me on this number as this is my work number and Its too hard for me to keep up with 4 different contact sources and I want to merge everyone onto the same number to make sure no one gets missed or double booked. For the first 2 weeks I will be working Monday afternoons/nights to fit extra people in. Then go back to having Sunday mondays off. Please refrain from bringing any plus ones to your appointments unless you absolutely have to. And please use the bathroom before your appointment if possible. I understand emergencys but I need to keep my bathroom and salon as contact free as I can. Cancellation policy is still in place for all bookings so please dont make an appointment unless you are totally sure you can make it. Once again I understand emergencys on the day but any other cancellations will be a fee of $15. I will be spending the 11th,12th,13th and 14th of May working super hard managing and replying to all bookings and doing the best that I can to get everyone a space so please be patient whilst waiting for a reply. Remember theres only one of me! I am so so so excited to see all of you lovely ladies again! And I cant thank you enough for hanging out for me and staying so loyal through this awful tough time.

04.01.2022 ATTENTION CLIENTS Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 stock prices have increased extremely high and in some cases have doubled. I have tried to obsorb the cost over the last 2 months with reopening but it is just not feasible anymore. For my business to survive and stay open to continue doing all of your services i will need to do a slight price increase. Not all services will change but just the ones that stock has gone up for. I want to continue using good quality wa...x, tint and products on you all instead of using inferior products. Your skin and hair is important to me. From the 1st of August some prices will change. I will post a new price list up for you all this week. If anyone has any questions please feel free to send me a message or chat to me at your next appointment. I hope everyone can understand. 03.01.2022 Please remember that my salon is also my home and the salon bathroom is also my en-suite so it is extremely important that you cancel if you are showing signs of cold or flu, have been in contact with anyone who may have contracted Covid-19 or have just come back from overseas. If I get the disease in my home I will have no where to quarantine myself so please have respect for myself and my other clients who call my salon a safe place. For my business I have always strived to... keep it super clean and hygienic as most of you already know. Changing head pieces, changing towels, washing hands, sanitising after gloves and sanitising utensils have always been in place. But with this new virus circulating my goal is to be extra vigilant with these practises to ensure my clients are in a safe zone whilst enjoying services.
