25.01.2022 As Australia prepares for what is fast becoming the biggest shopping weekend of the year; our CBD centres retailers have extended their trading hours to reflect this new norm. Black Friday at Adelaide Central Plaza is now a weekend affair with David Jones opening until midnight and double entries to our Mercedes Benz A-Class Christmas giveaway valued at over $55,000! This is the third year we have partnered with Mercedes-Benz and it is a charm. We cant wait to deliver this luxury vehicle to one of our customers this Christmas.

14.01.2022 The Sydney team were fortunate to receive COVID-19 tests yesterday by Dr Michael Zacharia ENT, Facial Plastic Surgeon. Like many businesses, elective surgery was closed due to social distancing with only Facetime consultations available. Dr Michael had adopted a 15 minute TGA approved COVID-19 test which was available in Wuhan mid-March, and produced in America to quickly recognise whether a patient has been exposed to the virus. He has been testing his patients but has comm...enced making this quick test available to the general public. We are glad we were the first of the rank! After a general consultation, the blood test was quick, easy and pain-free. The test shows two results;: IGG which shows that you were exposed many weeks ago or have never been exposed; and IGM which highlights a recent exposure in which case further testing is required which Dr Michael can facilitate. Confirming an IGG result to the virus was a great relief to many of our staff, and confirms that the quick response to social distancing through the ability to work from home has been successful in protecting staff health and safety. We thank Dr Michael and his wonderful nurses who patiently answered all our concerns and tested our team with patience and humour.

11.01.2022 Were excited to announce the completion of Port Adelaide Plazas $1.3million solar system compromising of 2030 SunPower panels on its rooftop. Spanning 5,000sqm, the equivalent to nine full-size tennis courts, this allows the centre to: Generate a total 824kW of solar outlay Divert the same as 38,000 bags of garbage from landfill annually Avoid burning 37,000 litres of petrol per annum... Reduce our CO2 emissions by 962 tonnes every year. We are proud to support the South Australian Governments plan to make energy in SA more affordable.

10.01.2022 Litigation Lending Services Limited (LLS) is driven by supporting social justice issues. Precision Group CEO, Shaun Bontt (LLS Chairman) and his brother Steve believes that creating a platform for disadvantaged members of society creates a stronger democracy for the continuous integration and reconciliation with Australias First Nations people. Most recently, LLS supported a successful action against the Queensland Government, over the long-running legal case known as Stolen Wages. It is the largest Human Rights case in Australian history which resulted in the Queensland Government agreeing to pay the historic sum of $190 million in settlement to approximately 11,948 First Nations indigenous workers or their descendants for loss of earnings. It is an essential step in the national reconciliation process.

08.01.2022 We are thrilled to welcome Paisley Park Early Learning Centre - the latest addition to the $45million redevelopment at Port Adelaide Plaza. Designed to challenge independent minds, Paisley Parks team created a flexible space to prepare children for lifelong learning following their core concepts Live Love Learn. Paisley Parks 30 years of child care experience shines through in the design of this purpose-built early learning centre. It boasts two outdoor, all-weather playgrounds with vegetable gardens, nature trails, riverbeds, cycle paths, wooden play forts, sand-pits and an in-built trampoline. On-site chefs use local produce (including from the centres garden beds) where children are involved in the planting and harvesting of seasonal produce.

08.01.2022 Lasting retail partnerships is what we strive for at Precision Group, and we build on these relationships through open communication, collective idea generation and training. So when a fire in a food court tenancy occurred at Adelaide Central Plaza last December; a hands-on fire safety training was quickly organised specifically for our Food Court Retailers. Of course, this was after the hero of the moment, Joe Goss, our Facilities Manager, jumped in and extinguished the fire... with great success. Yesterday our Centre Team and Food Court retailers were eager students at The Fire Safety Training facilitated by Brad Smith from Fire Service Australia. The training included: How to correctly put out a fire with a fire blanket (and how to hold it properly for maximum effectiveness) Different types of fire extinguishers and importantly, How to activate and use said fire extinguishers When and how to activate centre alarms if the fire is too big or unsafe to extinguish Knowledge is power, and at Precision Group, we are always looking for ways to build on our team and our retailers knowledge base, particularly with regards to safety. Congratulations to Kylie Neal and the Adelaide Central Plaza team for quickly adding this Fire Safety training in the new year.
