Th...e exam is online and no course is required (it was designed for experienced PT's who prescribe sports nutrition; NOT for novices for sitting in a classroom). As one of the 3 assessments for Recomp Certification, it is the only way a PT in Aus can become insured for bodybuilding-style diet and training with both the public and athletes; and this means ANY sports nutrition or strength/weight training system you use. 23.01.2022 Posted @withregram @nbaaustralia_official It is with great disappointment that today, the Founders of Natural Bodybuilding Australia have come to the decision to cancel the planned Season A Brisbane, Sydney & Oceania competitions. We have made the decision to cancel now, rather than wait and drive potential further uncertainty for competitors by postponing a show when it is unclear how long the current situation will be continue for. Natural Bodybuilding Australia was fou...nded on a commitment of doing the right thing by you, the Athletes and we do not believe that running a bodybuilding show in the current climate would align with our values as a federation. Whilst the obvious loophole to the nationwide recommendation of the cancelling of non-essential events is to run shows with rolling crowds and limited spectator numbers, we feel strongly this would not be in the spirit of what is trying to be achieved by the Federal Government. By continuing to run events Nationally, we are failing to uphold a duty of care to competitors, their family and friends. Additionally, we have obtained advice that an event run contrary to the current guidelines that have been set by the Australian Prime Minister would not currently be covered by Public Liability Insurance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused however maintaining the health of all parties involved takes precedence. All Athletes who have already registered for Season A will be contacted individually as soon as possible.

My coach @precisionhealthnutrition has been away for 3 weeks so I had my check in with him yesterday and we were both so happy with my progress! .... Currently sitting ahead of schedule with 61/2 weeks to go until my comp! Calories remain unchanged at this stage! . Body weight down 1.1kgs Body fat down .5% Body fat down in kgs .4kgs Lean Mass is down .7kgs (need to make sure this comes back up) . Pinch test - down 2.8mm with most of the body fat coming off my thighs this time! . Here is my 5 week plan until PEAK WEEK (week 6): Continue on with 5 days a week of training 15,000 steps per day 5 days of cardio x 20 minutes Monitor progress with maybe some refeed days so I dont get too lean looking. Need to keep the muscles looking full! Book into the comp! Yes I know what categories I will be competing in now!! So I can officially book in!!!! Attend another 3 posing sessions with @natkitneyposingcoach (one will be a full dress rehearsal) . So I will keep doing what I have been doing for the next 5 weeks! 16.01.2022 Following the Government announcement on Sunday November 8th that indoor venues are capped at a capacity of 40 people until Monday November 23rd, the 2020 Victo...rian Championships due for November 22nd, have been cancelled. Now with the official cancellation of the State Championships, Victorian competitors are permitted to compete without prequalifying at the Australian Championships in South Australia on Sunday December 6th. The border restrictions will need to lift within the next four weeks for this to be an option. With NSW lifting restrictions on November 23rd, we hope SA will follow very shortly after! However, we are excited to look forward to the December 12-13 Southern Cross Regional Championships as they now look a certainty with indoor restrictions increasing to 100 on November 23rd. Which is enough time to allow for a further increase in the capacity 14 days after on December 7th. We expect to run the event over both Saturday and Sunday to enable spectators and competitors to experience a contest in Victoria close to normal. We will provide further updates closer to the event as restrictions change.

13.01.2022 We want to address our Victorian competitors wanting an update/confirmation on our contests. Our intention during Covid-19 is to provide a contest for our membe...rs as soon as restrictions allow. Since the government roadmap out of lockdown for Victoria depends on data and not dates; restrictions will ease when lower case numbers of 5 occur and maintain for two weeks. In a nutshell, this means the fortune of the events can change 180 degrees in 14 days. With the long duration of the Victorian restrictions, we have eyed pushing events as deep as possible in Season B to maximise the opportunity for our competitions. Therefore, the Southern Cross Regional Championships in Bendigo has moved from November 15 to December 13. The Victorian Championships has 3 Options. A. Currently, the event is planned for Sunday, November 22. This is the eve of the predicted easing of restrictions however, as we noted above, it is not about dates, and we are hoping Victoria has no cases in 6 weeks, and the event does not need to change. B. In the situation that restrictions only lift on the 23rd we will move the Victoria to Saturday, 28 November. C. In the situation that restrictions still do not lift on the 23rd, we will replace the Southern Cross event with the Victorian Title in Bendigo on Sunday 13 December. The Australian Championships will be held in Adelaide on Sunday, 6 December. If we can hold the Victorian Championships before the Australia, either 22 or 28 November, you need to compete in the State Titles to qualify for the Australian. If the Victorian Championships move to 13 December, then Victorian competitors who can travel to Adelaide (this may be everyone or only regional Victorian competitors depending on border restrictions) will not need to qualify and enter directly. Summary of Changes The Victorian Championships are under the greatest pressure because it is in metro Melbourne. If the Victorian Titles do not proceed because restrictions are so low that we could not even run a competitor-only event, Victorian competitors go directly to the Australian Championships without qualifying, and the Victorian Championships will be held the weekend after the Australia in Bendigo. 1. Sunday 22 November Victorian State Championships Moonee Valley Race Club Options: May move to Saturday 28 November, or replace the Southern Cross event on 13 December. 2. Sunday 6 December Australian PRO/AM Championships Adelaide Convention Centre (South Australia) 3. Weekend 12 & 13 December Southern Cross & Transformation Championships All Seasons Resort Bendigo Options: May become a weekend (two days) event if the competitor number warrants. FINALLYWe will provide another update on the Victorian Championships at the beginning of November.
