25.01.2022 Pauling fences and farm animal and pet enclosure at the local B &B

22.01.2022 Out with the old & in with the New timber gate 3.6m Gate had taken 6hrs to build and swing, gate consisting of 5x1 inch timber and bolted together.

20.01.2022 Photos attached are of 4 large prize wining show Dog yards, fence is 1.4m in height with a 1.2m netting mesh and top rail. Yards have been equipped with running water from the house and electrified wire around the bottom of each yard to stop the dogs fighting through the fence, each yard has been fitted with a concrete slab for the kennel and a sun shelter.

17.01.2022 This new galvanised steel post and star iron fence replaced an old broken down timber fence which had been eaten out by white ants and deteriorated with age, the steel fences are quite quick to assemble once the post have been set in concrete. I found myself working with a very unique 4 legged friend, the horse was investigating everything I did all day long and also found time play a few practical jokes be sticking his nose in my ear and stealing my hat and ran off with it when my hands were full I loved this horse, thanks for the work Steve and Jillian Felton

17.01.2022 We recently asked Brad from Precision House & Property Maintenance to advise us on our plans to develop a Firepit area on our property. The only suitable area w...as a reasonably level (for our place!) spot previously excavated from our chookpen and pool construction and now under utilized. Brad worked with us in our vision, offering ideas and solutions with enthusiasm and creativity. He was able to excavate, level and expand the area to provide us with the space we needed for the massive recycled tyre rim he had in mind for us, retain the bank and weld the rim to create the firepit of Allan's dreams! 14.01.2022 Precision HPM were asked by the client to fix up or replace the old gateway to freshen up the front of his property, he was surprised to come home and see a rustic, 3 rail fence and gateway with twin barb wire on top, with home made gates by the client. Question, who believes the gateway should be painted/sump oiled or left raw to weather??

11.01.2022 A build up of silt from the upper leave was causing water to run into the shed even with a light down poor of rain, while cleaning out the silt we angled the fall away from the shed. On the upper leave a 600mm wide x 400mm deep drain has been dug to redirect the rain water around the shed.

02.01.2022 Precision HPM has built another fire pit which has levelled on the side of the hill with large blue stone used as the retaining wall, all is needed now is for it to rain and the grass to grow to bring out the colours of the stone.
