19.01.2022 The last couple of weeks has seen some exciting news amongst our staff. Adam and Fiona Kennedy (base out of Moree) welcomed baby Rory George on the 26/6/2020. Josh Raikes (New Zealand) got engaged to Courtney. Congratulations to both of you.

18.01.2022 Well what a week it’s been , after a very successful PTI field day the heavens open up and drop a couple 100 mils of rain in places. Pumps are roaring and a lot of winter fallows are full across the central and north west. If you are going to be dealing with heavy stubble loads or very damp conditions at planting then I urge you to take a look at Delta Force and Cleansweep. 18.01.2022 Advances in seed monitoring and planter control have come a long way in a relatively short period of time. A lot of growers would be familiar with some of these monitor pictures and one can quite easily see the evolution of data that has been captured over time. 14.01.2022 Eset Meter Testing and retrofit installs are in full swing at the moment, and the team at PSSAG have been busy out in the field from St George to the Liverpool Plains.. With great support from growers this year we will be retro fitting planters from as far away as St George to Sydney and all places in between such as Bourke, Warren and Moree. 10.01.2022 Out in the field this week, working on 16 rows of retro fit DeltaForce on an Excel planter. This planter was already fitted with Precision Planting vDrive.

09.01.2022 Its the 3rd day of Spring, the weather is heating up and planting is underway in Northern NSW. We are out in the field putting liquid control on this planter ready for corn plant to begin. 08.01.2022 Final touches being done on our four row planter. This planter will be used to plant our PTI Farm here in Inverell.

08.01.2022 Cotton planting is underway at Bourke, NSW. The planter has been fitted with SpeedTube, DeltaForce and vDrive. SpeedTube allows the planter to plant at 14kph while maintaing consistent seed spacing.

06.01.2022 Here at Precision Seeding Solutions we come across a wide variety of planters when retrofitting out in the field. One old faithful that we really enjoy retrofitting is the Kinze, mainly because for minimal investment by the grower he can greatly improve its ability to singulate and space seed correctly. The standard cup meter is simply removed from the bottom of the seed hopper by undoing two bolts, we then bolt our Precision Planting Vset meter in its place. To finish the job we then install a vacuum fan, manifold, vac gauge and hoses. A typical 8 row planter takes about 3 hours to install. So the next time you drive past that Kinze parked in the corner of the shed, spare a thought for the years of service it has given you, its second lease of life is only a phone call to us away.
