07.02.2022 Have you ever noticed that when you’re obsessed with a particular car, you suddenly start seeing it everywhere? Why does this happen? Did it just so happen that everyone else around you also started getting obsessed with the same car as you and started purchasing it?... Of course not! So what’s actually going on? What’s actually happening is that you’re simply NOTICING more of that car. . . . Here’s the thing, When you’re obsessed with that car, it is front and center of your mind - you’re constantly thinking about it. And whatever you’re constantly thinking about, well you start noticing all around you. Those cars didn’t automatically start to appear all over the freeways, it’s just that you started taking notice of them. They started becoming relevant to you. You see, you’ve got a place in your brain, called the . It acts as a filter for all of the data that’s around you - the tons and tons of information we’re bombarded with. every. single. day. Let’s say you walk into a bustling shopping mall - thousands of people, thousands of conversations. You’re not paying attention to what that any particular person is saying - until you hear someone mention your name. Immediately, you ZONE IN on that particular person. Thousands of people and conversations all around you - all filtered out so you can zone in on the one conversation that is relevant to you. We pay attention to what is relevant to us - what we think about most. Why is this important? It’s important because the average person has thousands upon thousands of thoughts every single day. And a lot of times, a lot of these thoughts are the same exact thoughts that we had the day before - and most of these thoughts are either dwelling on something in the past or fearing a potential event in the future. If you’re constantly thinking these kinds of negative thoughts, your brain will . . It’ll start to focus and train your eyes to see opportunities that REINFORCE what you think about most - and that’s why: . - Positive people are attracted to other positive people. - Negative people are attracted to other negative people. - People who like sports are attracted to other people who wait for it . like sports! . We are attracted to what we think about most - because we tend to take the most notice of opportunities of similar energy as us. . You can only ACT UPON opportunities that you notice and recognize. . . That’s exactly why it’s so, so very important to pay very close attention to the repetitive thoughts in your mind! . Your thoughts have the ability to influence what you pay attention to. And what you pay attention to, determines the opportunities that manifest into your life. .
