24.01.2022 This is me, Jacqui. I’m the owner of Preggi Bellies Canberra. You’ll catch me teaching the Sunday classes and always pulling funny faces I started Preggi Bellies almost 7 years ago in Canberra after a growing number of my personal training clients were wanting to have babies and weren’t sure what to do. I soon realised there was no exercise classes specific to pre and postnatal women except for yoga and Pilates. I knew one day I wanted to have babies and also knew I wanted ...to keep up huffy puffy exercise myself. I absolutely love what I do helping women whether it be someone who has never exercised, who is super fit, who has injuries, who is pregnant, who is postnatal wanting to recover properly or who is a mum trying to juggle life and self care for herself. I’d love to see you in one of my classes and for the month of February we’re offering a free trial class so you can come and try a session and see whether it’s for you.
