05.01.2022 Spoke to Elan at the Breeze land sales office today and advised her off the faulty electricity transformer in the park that Energex had to fix up a couple of months ago now as both my brand new washing machine and dryer where fried by it. Just a show of hands Breezers who built in the first stage who have had problems with their electrical goods since moving into their new homes? Elan has advised to find out how many residents where affected and to email her with the details and then she will pass it on too Lateral Property Group of whom she advised where the developers. I had always thought it was Colliers International? Your honesty and proof in this matter is very much appreciated.
