18.01.2022 Going through pregnancy and labour can be really intimidating! Learning about the process and how your body works can take away a lot of the fear. Knowing about your options in labour and planning ahead is a great way to equip yourself with "tools" to help you on your journey. Knowledge is power. Just remember, no matter how your baby comes into the world, you've done it just right! :)
