19.01.2022 Don't forget to drink water and stay hydrated. Rehydration is very important for the normal functioning of the entire body. We want to think of our bodies as a flowing river, not a stagnant pond. Ayurveda recommends drinking water in small sips and not gulped down in big volumes in one breath. Always drink warm water or room temperature water and not ice cold water.
