We're highly reputable and professional automotive smash repairs business. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, passionate and experienced Administration and Accounts Officer to join our team. About the position The purpose of the role is to perform the day to day accounts and administration functions of the business including data entry, general book keeping including payable/receivable, cash flow, payroll and any other duties as required. Desirable Skills Intermediate/Advanced MYOB Accounting System skills (min 2 years’ experience)(or similar accounting package) Excellent organizational skills Professional telephone manner Drive, passion and attention to detail High level of verbal and written communication skills Class C Drivers License Work unsupervised To be considered for this opportunity you will possess strong administration skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn will be imperative to your success in this role as is immaculate written and verbal communication skills.
