18.01.2022 SITUATION REPORT AND THANK YOU. Premier Cleaning Products was , like all other cleaning supply companies, overwelmed with work since 19/2/2020. Non stop phone calls forced Premier to divert all phone calls to our message facility. This message requested customers to email orders and enquires. This resulted in a tsunami of emails. Unfortunately many of these emails could not be answered in a timely manner despite staff working overtime and 6 and some 7 days per week, week afte...r week. Premier are sorry for this but the situation was out of our control. Government actions have, to some extent, slowed down the orders, enquires, etc but Premier is still extremely busy. We are still catching up on old emails. We are working through contacting customers to see if they still require their orders. If you have an order outstanding please give us a call on 03 9464 1097. Premier is sorry for any delays but we ask for your patience and understanding during this unprecented situation. Unfortunately we are still not in a position to restart our delivery service. As manufacturers of high demand cleaning products our priority must be directed to manufacturing. We now have time to organize couriers or customers are very welcome to pick up their orders. Premier's staff have done a magnificent job under very stressful conditions, our sole objective has been to help as many people as possible, this involved necessarily rationing some supplies. We are advised paper goods supply should start improving from now on but some supplies may be patchy. Our raw materials for our standard cleaning chemical lines is good we just need time and focus to manufacture. Premier thanks you for your continuing support and give you our best wishes during this testing period. Please take the government's advice seriously so this crisis will pass as quickly as possible.Stay well, look after each other. Take care.

13.01.2022 Dear customers, Please be advised that the staff at Premier Cleaning Products have been overwhelmed with work. We have been working in a high stress situation since 19th Feb. We have had to divert phone calls to message bank and ask people to email us. ... We have many hundreds of emails to process that we will work through as time allows. Our staff are busy processing and packing orders, or manufacturing product including hand soaps and disinfectants. Unfortunately this does not allow us time to make deliveries and so we must either send deliveries by courier or customers can collect in person. We have limited supply on most stock but should be able to supply at least partial quantities to REGULAR CUSTOMERS ONLY. Thank you for your patience and understanding. There is no real underlying shortage panic buying has created the shortage. Normality will return the sun is still rising in the East and setting in the West! Best wishes to you all. Good health. 09.01.2022 DON'T WASTE DISINFECTANT IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CORONA VIRUS. YOU NEED TO USE THE RIGHT DILUTION RATE IF YOU ARE USING A BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE BASED DISINFECTANT. Your attention is drawn to the ECDC TECHNICAL REPORT, Interim guidance for environmental cleaning in non healthcare facilities exposed to SARS- CoV-2 dated 18/2/2020 and issued by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.... This guidance specifically mentions COVID-19. In relation to disinfectants based on benzalkonium chloride the effective concentration of this active ingredient is .05%, that is correct .05 PERCENT. That is a very low inclusion rate but Premier reference's Gunter Kampf scientific paper in Science Direct and titled "Infection Prevention in Practice" this paper states " Data obtained with benzalkonium chloride at reasonable contact times were conflicting. Within 10 min a concentration of 0.2% revealed no efficacy against coronavirus whereas a concentration of 0.05% was more effective" This is counter intuitive but scientific test have shown the .05% inclusion is MORE effective than .2%. Obviously alcohol sanitisers are best but currently are in short supply and may be expensive and maybe best left for hand sanitising. VERY IMPORTANT: To be effective any surface to be sanitised must first cleaned of organic matter and general dirt otherwise the sanitiser will be degraded and will not be as effective or not effective. Leave on for a least 3 to 5 minutes contact time before wiping off, if wiping off is in your cleaning protocol. Premier Cleaning Products has a " Ready to Use " no dilution required " sanitiser. Orders can only be placed by email and any response may take days, we are overwhelmed with work. Pick up only. If you have access to a disinfectant based on benzalkonium chloride you can make your own "Ready to use sanitiser" you must know who much benzalkonium chloride is in your disinfectant and calculate and inclusion rate at .05%. At this time we can not provide any assistance with this calculation but once you know the concentration in your disinfectant it's pretty simple maths.
