12.01.2022 *** CLARITY *** During such difficult and uncertain times, we would like to offer some clarity around our current operations and role in reducing the spread. We are open for business; however this is not business as usual. We have implemented many changes across our company to respond to the global epidemic, which we are taking very seriously.... What We Are Doing To Reduce The Spread: All quotes will be undertaken digitally, without the need for a site visit, where possible. Minimal trades will be on site at any given time. We will maintain a minimum of 1.5m between any two people at all times. Personal and site hygiene standards have been increased. No trades/workers will be allowed on site where they have travelled interstate or internationally; or have come into contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks. No trades/workers will be allowed to work if showing any signs of cold/flu symptoms. Our office is no longer based in Home Base Subiaco, and our team will be instead be working from home-offices. 11.01.2022 A message from our GM As we journey through these uncertain times, we want to take the opportunity to let you know what steps we are taking to ensure the safety... and health of our staff and the community at our display homes - We are ensuring our homes have been thoroughly cleaned. - All doors will be open, so there is no need for you to touch any surfaces. - We practice social distancing! - We have the ability for you to clean your hands when you enter and leave the home. - We ask that if you are sick, have recently returned from overseas in the last 14 days, or have been in contact with anyone you suspect of having coronavirus, to please delay your inspection of our homes. - We are staying calm, but diligent about hygiene and the health of everyone we encounter. If you prefer, we can offer private inspections of our homes at a time that suits you. We look forward to showing you our beautiful homes! Dean
