23.01.2022 It's been over a month since mandatory face coverings were introduced across Victoria, and it's been impressive to see how many people whipped out the old sewing machines and got creative making their own cloth face coverings for themselves and their families. If you have been wearing a cloth face mask, it's important to remember to wash it regularly! The DHHS site (link below) gives some helpful tips to know how often to wash your mask, how to wash your mask, and how to kn...ow when it's time for a new one. http://ow.ly/qZgP50Bs5K2

23.01.2022 COVID won't rain on our (Grand Final) parade..! Paul played in the grand final of his AFL supercoach competition last weekend. He was unable to participate in the pre-grand final parade due to COVID, so instead, the motorcade came to him on King St. He got plenty of beeps by drivers going by! P.S. It's important to note that Paul's team ('Pocka's Mob') had a resounding victory vs. a gallant 'Help Desk'!

16.01.2022 A couple of little trainees learning the tricks of the trade from Dr. Paul yesterday... It's a pity we can't see Paul's smile through that mask, no doubt he'd have been cracking jokes to keep them entertained!

16.01.2022 For many, the novelty of isolation/lockdown wore off after the first round...there has been markedly less posting about banana bread and sourdough, wardrobe clean-outs, and new hobbies. BUT...there is still a lot of joy to be found in rediscovering your passions, especially those that may have been neglected because of the standard life complaints ('being too busy', 'not having enough time'...). Dr Alan recently shared a piece with us where he discussed exactly this; "embra...ce the opportunity to address all those things you thought you’d get to one daythat day has come!", he says... 10.01.2022 Happy Grand Final Day! Though it's a bit of a strange (and sad) one for Victorians this year; the first time the GF isn't hosted at our beloved MCG and especially tough when we have two Vic-based teams competing..! BUT...it's just another piece of 2020 that will go down in history. We hope you all enjoy the weekend, watching the historic nighttime game and FaceTiming with your loved ones to spur on those rivalries!

05.01.2022 ATTN: asthma and hayfever sufferers... Take care over the next few days!

05.01.2022 It might feel like we have a long way to go, and we understand so many people are feeling disheartened and exhausted. But it's important we continue to look after ourselves and each other, and help to mitigate the spread of the virus, by remembering these simple, important steps: - Wear a face mask/covering - Continue social distancing (1.5metres)... - Wash your hands regularly - If you’re unwell, get tested, then stay home, especially from work. And, don't forget to stay connected with your friends and loved ones. Visit the DHHS website for more information and advice.

04.01.2022 A funny little social distancing reminder from the DHHS!

04.01.2022 Don't forget, tomorrow (Friday 23 October) is a public holiday in Victoria so we'll be closed at PHP. 03.01.2022 On the weekend, our team celebrated the festive season (and making it to the final month of 2020) together with a picnic in our local Flagstaff Gardens. It was wonderful to get everyone and their loved ones (partners, children, and even some grandchildren) together so that we could all relax and enjoy the company, reflecting on what a strange and historic year it's been, and how proud we are of one another for making it through...even the occasional shower couldn't dampen our festive spirits! We couldn't be more grateful for our incredible team; PHP wouldn't be what it is without them!

03.01.2022 We've said it before, we'll say it again... Don't forget to laugh! Try to find a moment of fun in each day.... ...we're part of a new piece of history, after all...

02.01.2022 We all know the pressure of trying to buy the perfect gift for the person who has everything...or the guilt of going for the classic candle or socks and jocks year after year... Why not mix it up this year and grab a voucher from us at Premier Health Partners! Chat to our lovely reception team about customising the perfect voucher for your loved one - supporting them in taking care of themselves is a pretty wonderful way to show you care.
