21.01.2022 1. Time & Consistency: Probably the most important variable in all aspects of health and wellbeing. You can’t expect to do one work out and get results immediately, give it time, be consistent and watch the changes both physically and mentally 2. Hormones: Ever here the saying, you are what you eat? Well, diet and exercise have a direct effect on the hormones within out body, these hormones affect how we look and feel. Seeing results in the gym both in terms of weight loss ...and muscle growth require an optimal hormonal balance which is why getting to know your body and pairing that with the right nutrition and training is so important. 3. Stimulus: Most of us just select exercises and training regimes without much thought or purpose and therefore may not be getting the most out of our training. There are many different ways to train and all of our bodies are different, but the fact still remains, if you don’t apply the right type of training and control as many of the training variables as possible then you are likely not getting the best results. #fitness #health #goals #muscle

21.01.2022 For most personal trainers after our courses we attempt to find some part time jobs and work in group fitness roles to gain more experience. Starting as a 1 on 1 trainer and developing into a coach is not only overwhelming from day one but very difficult to say the least. It's been amazing to see Vanessa take on this challenge since day one and to see her truly develop into a coach that is loved and respected by all her clients. ...
