Mario has always loved making the dough as he finds it relaxing and very rewarding knowing each pizza that goes out has had a base made with love.

13.01.2022 The Herb Family is a family run local business that supplies all our herbs we use to make those pizzas, pastas and garlic bread taste magic. Using locally sourced produce is so important to us and we have been using The Herb Family since our Annandale store opened 10 years ago. The hot tip for herb storage is as soon as you get them home put them in a glass or jar of water. This will keep them that beautiful fresh looking colour with no wilting. If you are going to keep them in the fridge cover loosely with a plastic bag - although basil and parsley can be kept at room temperature. What's your favourite herb to use in the kitchen?

Introducing Sarah who has been at our Annandale store for 18 months now. Sarah is fun loving, is a great communicator and loves being on the counter taking orders. Her favourite saying is "you never know who will walk in next and what their story is". Next time you are in store say hello to Sarah, we think she is a keeper.

03.01.2022 MEET MARIO & GIULIA - owners of Premio Pizza. Mario & Giulia founded Premio Pizza 10 years ago. Their idea was to bring quality pizzas that "tasted like they were just out of the oven" to their customers. They have definitely delivered this by using top quality, locally sourced ingredients and also using a traditional family pizza recipe. They have employed staff that are passionate and skillful and having our counter on street frontage allows staff to interact with our customers while customers can see their pizzas being made. We are take-away and delivery only but you can still come on down and enjoy the atmosphere our staff create, order your lunch or dinner and meet our fun loving staff.
