25.01.2022 Our Minto workshop also carry’s out insurance repairs. One full re cladd damaged by hail and a couple of Axle/Bearing Services currently being worked on.

25.01.2022 Sirroco Fans Installed in Joel & Renee’s Crusader Family Bunk van . Installed over each child’s bunk and 1 over the Double Bed. These fans are totally directionally adjustable and have a built in timer also. Great for moving air on warm nights and also good for moving air around caravan when A/C is running to evenly distribute cool/warm air. 12 volt operation for free camping - only draw 0.34 amps on high speed!

17.01.2022 Hey Folks, those with a suburban Hot Water System in their RV need to have the sacrificial anode changed annually. Basically the suburban HWS has a steel tank and the anode is designed to protect the HWS by deteriorating in place of any steel that is part of the HWS. If the anode completely breaks down it has stopped protecting the tank and the steel in the tank will start rusting. If left too long irreparable damage / corrosion will be sustained to the HWS and it will requir...e replacing. Pic displays what the anode looks like new & when it is well past it’s replacement date. - the HWS this anode came out of was displaying signs of corrosion but was still serviceable. (Suburban HWS has a white drop down external door and white internal on off switch for gas as pictured). Note - the Swift HWS also has an Anode but doesn’t require replacing as often as the unit is made from stainless steel. See more

08.01.2022 Full Axle Service and vehicle Trailer Wiring Service - consisting of replacing worn/cracked brake shoes, replace pitted bearings and full dismantle and clean up of brake hubs reassembled and all adjustments made. Full chassis inspection and rectify any faulty clearance / trailer lights. Replace tired old brake controller in vehicle with Brand new Redarc tow pro elite and cutback all rusty wiring and install new trailer socket. Now it all works!
