Are you ready for some clams with the heavy loop band? Having 2 different strengths for long resistance bands are also brilliant because sometimes you want a heavy band, particularly for upper bodywork. ... You can replicate your favourite posture series on the reformer with exercises such as Chest Expansion, Bicep curls, and Rowing using this heavier band. But when it comes to core work, the lighter resistance band makes exercises such as Double Leg Lowers far more challenging. Since starting my career in Pilates I have had a lot of people tell me how much happier I look now I am following my passion. This is in fact very true! I have never been happier in my career than I am today. In saying this, I have learnt a few important things in my short time as an instructor. I think of these as habits that I practice daily to ensure I... stay a healthy and happy instructor. Although teaching is incredibly rewarding and a lot of fun, it can also be physically and mentally tiring. As an instructor, you are there to ensure your clients feel great during and after their workout. This means that you must give 100% of yourself to your clients each class. 04.01.2022 STUDIO UPDATE We will be open from 5:30am tomorrow, at both studios, for classes as per usual! In line with local government rules and regulations, ALL clients must wear a face mask while in the studio. And yes, this does mean while working out. ... We request that all clients bring their own facemask as we will not be providing masks. Physical corrections will only be used if you are at risk of hurting yourself or others. Otherwise, auditory and visual cueing will be our only cueing techniques used. These rules use will continue for a minimum of 10 days, however, we will provide updates if this is extended.
