Charlotte is a beautiful 3 year old little girl that suffers from SMA SMA is a genetic disease affecting the central nervous system, peripheral nervous system and voluntary muscle movement. 12.01.2022 It’s been a crazy crazy few weeks but we are finally there I’m so appreciative of the staff to get the clubs ready to re-launch. And now it’s time for Ashmore, Burleigh Coomera, surfers Paradise to open t. YAHOO!!! WE ARE BACK! We are so pleased to announce that World Gym Coomera will be opening on Friday 5th June at 12 noon to ALL members. We will be following strict Covid-19 restrictions and protocols as required by law. Please ensure you understand ...your obligations and how we are implementing steps to ensure your health and safety is our priority whilst you are in club. With the above in mind, we are doing everything we can to allow as many people in club. In order to comply with government requirements, we will be sectioning areas off with increased staffing, specifically responsible for checking that each area is compliant with the 20 people in each defined space requirement. For example our defined chest area will only have 20 people at any one time. There will be clear signage at the entrance to each area and we request that you only enter if there are less than 20 people. At this time we are not requiring people to book to use our main gym floor, but you will NEED to follow strict guidelines and comply with requests for use within each area. Please understand that you may have to change your workout plan, depending on the availability of each space. We also ask that you be courteous to other members and staff and do not take longer than necessary and move on once you have completed your exercises. 12.01.2022 Business 101 I had a great conversation with a old friend from New Zealand who is what I consider one of the most Successful people I know in the world. he’s not the richest person, best looking guy doesn’t boost , brag about everything he has achieved in life. He gets pissed when I call him a mentor and In fact he be embarrassed if I mention his name so I won’t. He’s the most successful guy in my eyes because he’s always Happy and in control, he has a great family, and spen...ds most of his life helping other people in life and business now he’s retired. He told me about something he calls Business Parasites and Pathogens . He explained just like in the body parasites can latch onto you and your business and cause disease and sickness. Pathogens can actually choke your business and cause it to fail. He told me the most important thing he did throughout his 50 years in various businesses was to identify parasites and pathogen’s inside his companies and get rid of them. I think that’s the best advice I’ve ever heard. Don’t let any mess up your dreams or try to drag you down. #dreambig Definition Parasite Parasites are disease causing agents that live on or inside the body of other organisms and thrive to harm their host. Pathogen A pathogen is an organism that causes disease to its host.

06.01.2022 Season B announcement Considering the ongoing situation with Covid 19 and the effect of lockdowns, border closures and interstate travel within Australia. .... We have no other choice than to cancel the IFBB Pro League Nationals in October. This will apply to both the amateur pro qualifier and the pro bikini. I am genuinely sorry to all the athletes that started their prep for the show and stuck at it this far. To make you continue now, with no change in sight would not be fair. We have done everything possible behind the scenes to try to make this possible, however there comes a time where we just have to make the difficult decision to accept the inevitable. As you all know, we managed to do the Arnold pro qualifier in March against all odds. So if there was a way to make this happen again, I would.
