04.01.2022 R U okay? Please remember, check in on that strong person in your life. Check in on that friend, colleague or family member that you haven’t heard from in a whole. Check in on yourself. Mental illness effects so many people and families. Mine included. It’s okay to not be okay, and it’s okay to ask for help when you need it. Just remember, when you’re out and about today, a smile to a random person can make their whole day and give them hope again. Look out for each other, it’s cool to be kind Amy xx
