24.01.2022 This property recently sold at auction through Ray White Erskinville. The garden had been regularly attended to but it was lacking in appeal for an auction campaign. We removed some hedging at the front and re-jointed the paving at the rear and supplied some plantings and rented potted plants for the back and front. As with all campaigns we also provided weekly maintenance prior to the open house to ensure all outdoor areas including the public lane, footpath and outdoor furniture looked pristine for the inspections. 24.01.2022 We do all sorts of jobs for people who are preparing to sell their properties. We utilise as many existing plants, pavers and other materials in our makeovers. In this Stanmore property, we moved timber- edged garden beds, lay strategic paving, and moved a number of plants. They also hired screening plants, and had some turf laid. 18.01.2022 We completed this makeover around this time last year. The garden had good bones but was in dire need of attention. It needed a complete makeover at the front and finessing at the back. There were some lovely existing plants which we transplanted to give the greatest impact for the campaign and as the garden grows into the future. here's some pics of what we did...

15.01.2022 "Firesticks" or Euphorbia tricucalli, is a very popular and striking succulent these days. It looks fabulous in containers, beds or borders and doesn't need nurturing. It's stems turn redder in winter, before fading to a golden colour in the warmer months. Please note though, all parts of the plant are toxic if ingested. Euphorbia's have a milky sap and when the stem snaps, it can burn the skin. Please enjoy this plant, but wear gloves and protective goggles.

15.01.2022 This house at 209 Corunna Rd, Stanmore will be on the market soon, and it was well worth the investment bringing us in for a pre sale makeover as the pre and post photos will show. Bernard did an excellent job in particular rebuilding the raised garden bed and relaying uneven pavers. We gave the hard services a high pressure clean and planted and mulched the pots and garden beds. When he’s back from his well earned break, he can get back to .... repairing walls and paths and making gardens look great so you get a good return on the sale of your place.
