04.01.2022 Hello Lash lovers! I came across a set of lashes lately that got me so frustrated and literally had to wait couple of days to calm down . DO LASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE YOUR NATURAL LASHES? ... The answer is NO! What damages them is the unthoughtful, careless application. What I mean by that is: -lashes stuck to more than one natural lash or stuck together - inconsiderate choice of length and thickness - not educating you about the possible outcome and aftercare. Ladies lashes should not look like a spider crawling out of your eyes . No you should not have more than half of them sticking out to the point they touch your brows or twist ridiculously! Lashes do not grow that fast unless you are using a serum. The reason why they are sticking out is wrong attachment as a result of what lashes slide down your natural lash and just hang on there for life on the end of your natural lash. They can also slide down as a result of poor aftercare but this is up to your tech to educate you about ! Good lash retention is a result of two things: FIRST- application and aftercare explained (not just at the first visit) I bring this up every time I see there is a chance that something in your routine might be affecting the lifespan of a lash. Second you following through on the advice given to you. RANT OVER. Chose your #lashtech wisely.
