06.01.2022 STRATEGY FOR WELLBEING. This is a new strategy for wellbeing released by great doctors of medicine. (Including Dr Chopra) It is a process to have a joyful energetic body and mind. 1) SLEEP. Obviously good sleep is super important. Studies suggest you only need about 5-6hrs sleep as an adult including around 2hrs deep sleep and 2hrs dream sleep.... 2)MEDITATION. Not surprised to see that one as number 2, meditation is great for your mind and body. It is a wonderful practice for focus and concentration. It will help you stay calm and keep your mind in check. 3)YOGA AND PRANAYAMA. Was so happy to see that one as well!! The studies suggest MOVEMENT or excercise, and pranayama which relates to proper breathing and different breathing techniques. 4)HEALTHY EMOTIONS. Well not at all surprised to see that one. What are your emotions trying to tell you? Remember emotions are good but they are not good to hold onto! 5)HEALTHY FOOD. No processed foods my friends. Stop putting crap in your body. 01.01.2022 DO YOU WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK OF YOU? Some of us constantly worry about what other people are thinking of us. I know I had to work through that. We think negative thoughts like I'm too tall, I'm too fat, I'm too skinny, I'm not good enough, I'm too small, I'm just a boy, I'm just a girl, I'm not smart enough, life is too hard...and on and on and on. The truth is if you keep worrying about what other people think of you how can you fully express yourself? Now let... me tell you something. People will often judge you, in fact your parents will probably judge you, your partner, your friends, your work colleagues but what ever they think of you don't let that stop you! What ever they think of you, that's their problem not yours! People who judge you means they are also judging themselves! They are not just judging you, they are judging themselves, their family, their friends, their partner, their work and work colleagues, the situations they find themselves in. You get the drift, people who judge are judging everything. Judgement will also eventually lead to anger, resentment, sadness and fear. So no more judgement! When ever you find yourself judging something, yourself or someone one, STOP. If you find yourself judging yourself, stop it right there and counteract those thoughts, what ever negative thought you had there is it's positive opposite. So if someone is judging you know that they are living in anger and fear, so keep going! Focus on your goals. Do what you want to do and don't let what other people think of you stop you from doing that anymore! "What will they think of me must be put aside for bliss." Do you think birds worry about what other birds think of them when they sing? Certainly not. They sing without a care in the world. Be like a bird!!!
