22.01.2022 Dear valued Presotea customer, With recent news about the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we wanted to reassure all of our customers that we're taking extra pr...ecautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our patrons and staff members. This includes: - Prohibiting the use of reusable cups. While we generally encourage sustainability and the use of reusable cups, we believe that this step is a necessary precaution that we must take to ensure the health of our staff and customers. - Cleaning high contact surface more regularly and thoroughly. - Educating our team members on important prevention measures as specified by the Australian Department of Health. - Encouraging the pre-ordering of drinks through the official Presotea app prior to arriving at the store to minimise the number of people in the store at any one time. - We're also happy to satisfy your BBT cravings via our food delivery partners who are offering Zero Contact deliveries. Encouraging the use of EFTPOS as the preferred payment method. We will continue to keep you updated on how we are responding through our social channels and email as we continue to closely monitor the situation and act on the advice of health authorities.
