Just a reminder - it is recommended to wash your garments in the hottest possible wash cycle and tumble dry afterwards to help kill viruses. ... More detergents does NOT make clothes cleaner. Excess suds cause dirt and the virus to remain trapped inside fabrics. Our machines automatically inject the correct amount of germicidal detergent recommended. Viruses do not like heat and our dryers will help reduce the spread of the virus, as they provide consistent and correct heat levels to achieve thermal sterilisation. Use the hottest temperature your garments will allow. Rest assured our machines and all surfaces are disinfected on a regular basis. We practice social distancing as outlined in the laundromat. Continue normal laundry habits as cleaning will help reduce the spread of the disease. Stay Safe!

05.01.2022 At Prestige Laundrette our aim is to protect our customers. We value your health and that of your family, so we have some changes to help keep us all healthy and safe. Please do not enter the laundry if you have flu like symptoms, have been overseas recently or have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19.... Maintain a 1.5 meter distance from other customers. After you start your load please go to your car or do other tasks until your cycle is completed. There should be a maximum of 4 people in the laundry at one time. Do not congregate in the laundry. These rules are only temporary and for your well being. For your peace of mind.... Our laundry is disinfected daily. Our detergents are a low suds, germicidal detergent . Our dryers provide the consistent and correct heat level to achieve thermal sterilisation. Most importantly...... please stay safe and practice social distancing to help flatten the curve!
