23.01.2022 Sausages, Snags, Bangers, Mystery bags. Can you think of some other names? Here we have around 70 kgs of Bangers in a range of flavors like, Herb & Garlic, Sun-dried Tomato, Honey soy, Tomato Bacon, Texan Chilli and of course the good old Aussie BBQ snag.
22.01.2022 We also do Corned beef. Who doesn't enjoy some picked Silverside? I know I do especially cold the next day... if it lasts that l long.

14.01.2022 It was a beautiful steer this one Weighing in at alittle over 260Kg. These were just some of the cuts we got out of him, Porterhouse, Tbones, Eye fillet. We also cut Schnitzels, Stirfry pieces, Diced Chuck, Corned beef and more!!!... Also a couple of flavoured sausages like Herb 'N' Garlic and Tomato, Bacon, Onion. And some flavoured Hamburger mince which is becoming a customer favorite.

09.01.2022 This was a nice animal I cut up a few weeks ago. Notice how the meat is a deep red color? That's a good indication that it's all natural grass fed beef, which is in my opinion what you're looking for when wanting a brilliant full flavoured steak.
09.01.2022 Put a Steer and a Heifer in the fridge today. Great to be back out at this customers again. Looking forward to butchering these two nice cows next week going to be a few snags made and they want double the amount of hamburger mix as I did last time as they loved it.
09.01.2022 It was "Ribeyes for dinner tonight", the customer said the day I cut this Heifer up.
06.01.2022 Just on 725kgs of beautiful Hereford Heifers I cut up over the weekend. A little bit of excess fat on them but the meat was sensational and if they didn't have that extra bit of cover on them we wouldn't have seen that marbling though those steaks. We also got a whopping 80+kgs of premium mince out of one of those Heifers. The cost to purchase that amount of mince at your local butcher/supermarket alone out ways that cost of me coming to slaughter and cut up your animal at your home. And you know exactly what you get.

03.01.2022 A few quick pics of what I've been up to over the last couple of weeks. Just trucken around the country side doing what I love. And when I asked my young boy what he learnt, he replied in his own words "Butchering is a cooool job" hahaha I agree little man, I agree.
