20.01.2022 Can't train at your regular crowded gym during this period. Here at Prestige PT, our facility is 300m2 in size, numbers are controlled and equipment is cleaned regularly. It is important to remember during this time, that your mental health is important also. Training in a controlled and clean environment is still an important part of life and should be continued. 06.01.2022 After further clarification, we are still open as we are a private personal training studio. Group sessions will not be running at the moment, but PT will continue as normal following the guidelines regarding social distancing, limits on numbers and hygiene practices. We hope to see you all soon.

04.01.2022 COVID-19 OUTBREAK Dear Members We write to reassure you that the safety and wellbeing of our trainers and clients is always our highest priority.... At Prestige PT, we are constantly monitoring the evolving Coronavirus situation and are taking steps to help keep our training community safe. Actions that have been undertaken recently: - Staff will continue to be informed about our prevention measures and any change in our policies. - Increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitising surfaces touched regularly including all equipment, door handles and the like. - Ensuring that staff showing any signs of illness will be required to stay away from work and provide appropriate medical clearance before returning. We will continue to be open for training and we hope to see you all soon. It is important to remember that your health and fitness is as important as ever to ensure your immune system is in good shape.
