19.01.2022 See our beautiful Lola on the news! This is what happens when your pup travels to you https://youtu.be/m5IWpvfESOs While we do believe that charging $15k for a puppy is exorbitant there are also reasons why the price has skyrocketed. We also can’t agree with the end statement of this news article by ABC of boycotting breeders and here is the reasons why- Firstly it’s not only been because of the high demand of puppies during covid but also the Victorian government changing ...the rules and regulations surrounding breeders. This has been good in assisting in stamping out puppy farms but it’s also put a strain on breeders that want to do things right. Meaning that the cost of breeding your fluffy baby has gone up for the breeder to be able to comply to the letter. It has also seen a lot of reputable breeders move states Read more here- https://www.abc.net.au//how-i-fell-victim-to-a-pu/12507858 Now to the reason you shouldn’t boycott reputable breeders. Firstly prices go up there is always inflation. And you do get what you pay for. If you think a deal is to good to be true it probably is. And we have seen far too many people fall for scams and lose their hard-earned money. Another reason why prices have gone up for most breeders is because we have seen people buying designer dogs at a lower cost and turning around and selling them for a high price this breaks our heart. And ruins trust unfortunately. Not only do you lose the guarantee that a reputable breeder will give you, you don’t know where your pup has come from you don’t have the support of your breeder who actually cares for your baby like you do. We know in asking a good fair price in keeping with the market, (not $15thou) for our puppies that our puppies will be going to families that love them and want them as much as we do. And the fear that the covid puppy won’t be a discarded puppy but remain a huge part of your life and your family’s life. We are not charging 15,000 for our puppies even though we feel they are priceless. We know this would mean a lot of good family’s would not be able to afford a dog. We urge everyone to really think before you make a purchase in buying your puppy a puppy may be cute but they are a serious life long commitment. the reward is worth it
