19.01.2022 What a way to start the new year off! Second week in and we were headed to Tintinara SA to install a newly completed semi-automated plant for Hooper Honey. Ben Hooper had a few little mods he wanted to implement into the plant build, putting his own signature mark on the completed equipment , personalised to suit their requirements. The 108 frame semi-automated plant was lowered 180mm from standard height - this required a in floor sump and a new rake on the extractor base. C...omplete with twin empty frame conveyors, box-out system, pump, level control and a heat exchange. Supplied with the new plant was a BeeQuip uncapper/de-boxer. Ben spoiled the boys with some home cooked bakery for smoko - Regardless of what Ben says , Jo’s cooking is perfectly safe to consume and enjoyed by all! Thanks Jo. 19.01.2022 Wax Melters Wax Melters Wax Melters !! here is a variety of the same equipment in 3 different configurations. These 3 wax melters are our 750 litre units, the middle one is as standard with listed extras such as fork tine slippers, 3phase plug and lead to make it a mobile unit. We all so designed a new wax tub mount holder to hold 2 tubs as requested by the client ( extra cost from standard mount ). The other 2 are more so a unit that is a tank within a tank, the inner tank i...s fitted within the outer tank - the outer tank holds the warming water giving a larger surface area for heating and also keeping the heating element in a cleaner environment - gentler heating process . 16.01.2022 Today Jon Lockwood braved the Vic border and came into Crovid country to collect his new plant and equipment- well worth the risk Id say. Jon ordered a semi automated plant, I love this system and think it works well. This includes a 144 frame 4 bank extractor, infeed conveyor, twin empty frame conveyors, touch screen control, 200 litre sump, capping mixing tank, 2 vane pumps, 2 level controls, heat exchange, hot water system, product hard lines and electrical upgrade.... Jon has a new bee quip un capper to put with plant when he gets home, then plumb into a prestigestainless centrifuge to complete the package . 15.01.2022 Been busy lately catching up on our small fill in jobs and need to do a updated posts. This little plant GT54 was ordered with modifications to suit the clients needs - shortened out-feed rack to allow for a smaller area, lifted frame work to suit existing equipment with adjustable feet and a dimple plate base in lieu of the standard built in sump. The Gt54 is a great little extractor with all the basic features that a machine would need, 1.5Kw motor that has DC injected brak...ing if the lid is opened whilst extraction, self centering bridge alignment, single action reel gates operated by the main bridge, 2mm S/S tank fully purge welded , 3mm SHS framework, 4mm support arms , full length drip trays, easy set up and can be also sold in different configurations if needed. 01.01.2022 Just finished another little hot water unit and stand. These work great on uncapping machines, mount them close and it will have the knives ready to go within 10minutes, holds a regular 90 deg's to maintain hot knives. The unit comes with a davey recirculation pump, 3.6Kw element and a sight glass to gauge a visual fluid level. We have found clients buying 2 at a time - one for the uncapper only and the other to service the remaining plant - dependent on service requirements... heating times will vary .
