This year’s theme is Always Was, Always Will Be. It recognises that First Nations people have occupied and cared for our continent for over 65,000 years. The YJFL acknowledges the traditional custodians of our land this week, and the many lands that we play football on and say thank you for everything they contribute to our game and our nation.

Coaching positions i...nclude: Senior coach (Premier C) Under 19s coach (TBA) Reserves coach (Premier C) Womens coach (TBA - reigning premiers in Division 3) Assistant coaches (all sides) REQUIREMENTS Level 1 AFL coaching accreditation or a willingness to obtain one PBAFC is prepared to fund a Level 1 accreditation for successful applicants. Effective verbal communication Demonstrated organisational skills Ability to lead and develop young people Ability to commit to training: twice a week between December and September Ability to commit to matches: Saturdays between April and September The role may also include liaising with players and the committee outside training and playing windows.
