16.01.2022 Congratulations to our U/13s Maroon Undefeated Premiers who today defeated Revesby to win the COC Bac2Bac Preston’s 4/144 off 25 overs Yash Deshmukh 75no, Shrinivas Naidu 27, Aidan Stanly 10 no, Mitchell Muller 10no. Defeated Revesby Workers 9/73 Dip Chand 5/3 , Gurkeerat Sidhu 1c/1st. Great effort today from both teams, Revesby Workers are a great bunch of boys & play the game in the right spirit... 12 boys bowled today also that gives this team 6 out of 7 titles in the past two seasons , great work from Coach Stanly & scorers Brian & Ajay, and time all the parents that have helped during the season. 15.01.2022 Good afternoon, I’m pleased to let you know we will be running an online training session for E-scoring. A number of CNSW staff have been developing a video resource which pulls together the entire workflow of e-scoring a match in the form of a webinar, as well as shorter support videos relating to key facets of e-scoring that volunteers can engage with in their own time (these will sit on the CNSW website). The resource will have a video, running side by side with a PowerP...oint, as well as a voiceover to talk the stakeholder through the process step by step, and will be approximately 35-40 minutes long. This will assist parents and volunteers to learn how to live score using a mobile or tablet device. You will be able to ask questions after the presentation is complete. NOTE: Please have your mobile/tablet device handy so you will be able to follow the simulated match during the presentation. We will be holding two online sessions on Thursday 15th of October 7pm and Thursday 22nd October 7pm. Both of these sessions will be the same, so you will only need to attend one session, whichever one suits you. To join the meeting on the night, please click on the link below and follow the prompts. Cricket NSW in partnership with the FLCA will be facilitating a Community Coaching Course (Level 1) at Adams Park this Saturday 10th October 2020 at 9:00am 1:00pm. We see coaching as an integral part of the success of cricket clubs. Great coaches increase player retention and their love of the game. Cricket NSW continues to encourage all junior coaches to have a minimum Leve...l One coach accreditation. We see this as a fantastic opportunity to raise the level of coaching in the Fairfield-Liverpool region. We would love your help with helping us fill the course! If you could take a minute to forward this on to any coaches within your club who may need to obtain a Level 1 course that would be great. Also, feel free to share it with anyone within your networks who you think may wish to attend. Below are the steps to register for the upcoming ‘community (level 1) coaching course. 1. Register for a CA coach ID number on the website https://www.community.cricket.com.au/coach/courses (register button is on the right hand side of the screen) 2. Complete the necessary steps to register. 3. When finished, copy the 'CA Coach ID number' from the confirmation email you receive. 4. Click here to complete the registration form (note: you will need to the CA coach ID number for Q4 of the registration form). Please ensure that you read the following prior to registering for the course: - As per previous years, the minimum age for a participant is 14 years. - DO NOT register for the course if you live outside the local area. - Participants MUST register for the course prior to attending on the day. We will be turning people away on the day who haven’t registered. Coaches that register for the course will be contacted prior with an outline of the COVID protocols that will need to be adhered to on the day.
